The Magnets in the electric vehicle motors is better to be used N35 or N30?

1. The advantage of N30 magnet

1) If power saving is the target, it's better to use N30. The rate of work of N35 is bigger than N30's, so it will consume more power.

2) N30 is cheaper than N35. In the materials, N35 uses more Nd alloy, it has stronger magnetic force but more expensive cost.

2. The advantage of N35 magnet

1) As before said, N35 has stronger magnetic force, so it has better torque.

2) At rated voltage, N35 can save more power. At constant speed, N35 has better rate of work performance.

3) N35 motor is less easy to heat, it has higher work balance range.

4) N35 magnet saves more power in uphill acceleration, and N30 magnet saves slightly power in uniform speed, but the overall power saving situation is almost the same between the two motors.

PS: N30 is referred to as 500 motor, N35 is referred to as 800 motor.
