Rubber Magnet

Overview：
Rubber magnet can be said to be another extension of ferrite magnet, the main raw material is the compound of ferrite magnetic powder and synthetic rubber. According to molding features,it can be divided into extrusion molding, pressing molding and injection molding,while based on whether adding magnetic field when forming,it is divided into isotropic and anisotropic permanent magnet.

Compared with other permanent magnet materials:
Advantages: cheap, broad raw materials source, high plasticity, finished or semi-finished products can be freely cut, punched, slit and mounted on other materials, uneasy demagnetization, good corrosion resistance, therefore, it has wide range of applications in the magnetic toy market (refrigerator magnets, printing products and promotional products,ect). In addition, in the field of micro-motor applications, due to it can be multi-polar magnetized and collapsible bending,it also plays an irreplaceable role (generally used as a stator in the motor).
Disadvantages: due to a large number of rubber mixed in the products, it has very low magnetic properties, in addition,it is easily deformed in the high temperature environment.
